Dear NTU CEE Alumni,

Notice is hereby given that the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting (13th AGM) of Nanyang Technological University School of Civil & Environmental Engineering Alumni Association will be held on Wednesday, 24th February 2009 at 6.30p.m. at Dragon Gate Restaurant, VIP Room, #04-01, Harbourfront Centre, Singapore 639798. The Business to be transacted at the AGM is as follow:

  1. to confirm the Minutes of 12th Annual General Meeting held on 03 February 2009;
  2. to receive and if approved, to pass the audited Statement of Account of the Alumni Association for the year ending 30 November 2009;
  3. to review and if approved, to pass the amendments to constitution;
  4. Election of the 7th Management Committee Members for the years 2010/2011;
  5. Election of two members as Honorary Auditors for the years 2010/2011;
  6. to transact any other business that may be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.

Nomination to 7th Management Committee

Any member who wishes to nominate a candidate for election to the 7th Management Committee must submit to the Honorary Secretary his/her nomination form.  Nomination form may be downloaded from here, or request via e-mail address at admin@ntuceea.org.
Photocopy of the form may be used.

Notice of Motion

Any member who wishes to propose any motion at the Annual General Meeting must give notice of such motion to the Honorary Secretary.All notices of Nomination and/or Motion are to be delivered to the following address not later than 10th February 2010:
